A Women's One Day Retreat

You are cordially invited to CCD's one day women's retreat. A time for us to pause, sit, examine thoughts and hearts, and reflect and seek our God of joy, courage, and satisfaction.

One thing we women know about ourselves...

We are aware of those around us and their needs- we feed others.

Let's come together and spend a day, right at the convenient but peaceful location in Douglaston, and quietly lay before God and ourselves the needs inside of us. 

Joy, passion, fear, anxiety, hunger, worries, emptiness, boredom, numbness, the desire to find purpose and satisfaction, the desire to find safety and have our deepest needs met - chapter 63 of the book of Psalms shows us that these needs and feelings are universal and cross time, culture, and history. 

The God who met the author of Psalms chapter 63 thousands of years ago is the same God who will meet us today, wherever and however we are.

9:30 AM - 10:00 AM Check in and breakfast and coffee/tea

10:00 AM - 12:30 PM Morning session

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM Luncheon (and more coffee/tea!) and Connect

1:30 PM - 4:00 PM Afternoon session 

4:00 PM - 4:30 PM Close out and goodbye, for now

Registration Fee $20 (but scholarships available!)
