A New Approach to Our Sunday School

We are excited to share that our elementary and preteen programs are now powered by the 252 Kids Curriculum from Orange. This isn’t just a series of Bible lessons; it’s a comprehensive strategy designed to help your child develop a faith that lasts.

What is the "Orange" Strategy?

The name represents the idea that when you combine the Light of the Church (yellow) with the Heart of the Family (red), you get a more vibrant, lasting impact (Orange). We believe that two combined influences are better than one, so our goal is to partner with you to lead your child toward a deeper relationship with Jesus.

What Your Child Will Experience

Our Sunday mornings are built around a Small Group model. Each month, we explore a different "Big Idea" or theme—like Compassion, Identity, or Hope—through:

• Engaging Storytelling: High-energy teaching scripts and professional media like Story Lab and The So & So Show.
  
  
• Small Group Connections: Age-appropriate groups where kids can ask questions, build community, and discover how to apply the week's Bible story to their everyday lives.
  
  
• The Nine Core Insights: Over the course of the year, we’ll revisit nine fundamental truths that help kids understand God’s character and their place in His story.

 What You Can Expect at Home

The conversation doesn’t end when you leave the church parking lot! Each week you will receive printed handouts from the group leader to help you:

• Take Home Paper Handouts on Bible Story Videos:  Viewed during the group lesson.
• Take Home Paper Memory Verse Handouts: As a way to hide God’s Word in your hearts.
• Take Home Paper Devotional Prompt Handouts: Encouraging conversation starters for the car, the dinner table, or at bedtime.
